Quality Management is the process by which an organization measures the extent to which the providers conform to defined standards and, based on that data, improve care and outcomes. The aim of this module unit is to enable participants to understand the concept of quality and Quality Management and define it in the context of business and services operations. Participants will be able to learn different quality techniques and evaluate them in terms of the benefits to an organization and to the customers they serve.
